My roof is tile, is that a problem for solar?
Not for us, but it's the number one thing to get right in Ocean Shores. Tile installs need proper tile-hook mounting, careful foot placement and replacement tiles on hand for any that crack. Done properly, tile is a perfectly good solar roof. Done cheaply, it's a leak waiting for winter.
Our estate home is from the 70s/80s, will the switchboard cope?
Sometimes yes, sometimes it needs an upgrade first, plenty of original Ocean Shores boards are due one anyway. We check it at the free assessment and quote any board work upfront, so there are no surprise extras mid-install.
How quickly can you get out here?
We're based in Mullumbimby, about ten minutes away. On-roof assessment within 3 days of your call, most installs done within a week of quote sign-off, and aftercare from someone just up the road.
